Bug fixes: After launching the website, we will remedy any faults found where it does not function inaccordance with the specifications agreed at the start of the project.

Training: After launch, training in the WordPress back end will be provided.

Extras (not included)

• 20% VAT is applicable to all costs shown.
• Retouching of images supplied by client: £85 + VAT per hour.
• Stock photography: from £10 per image.
• Edits and amends to design after client sign-off: £85 + VAT per hour.
• Edits and amends to client’s final copy after submission: £85 + VAT per hour.
• Copywriting: fees apply if you require copywriting for your website. Costs vary depending on the amount of text.
• Content Entry: We will populate up to 10 pages and 20 store products during development. We will conduct a training session to show you how to populate any remaining pages and products. If you require content entry beyond these limits, additinal fees will apply.

Service agreement

After the website as launched, we can provide service and maintenance support. We will respond as quickly as possible to all requests. To begin with, we propose making all changes at our standard hourly rate of £85 per hour. The client will be informed of the fees in each instance before work is started. After two months we will be able to gauge the level of support required and can put in place a flat monthly rate at a price point that is beneficial to both parties if needed.

• 1x Domain: £30.00 + VAT per annum
• Hosting: £100.00 + VAT per annum
